This was the wrong hotel to come to if your in Atlanta. You would think it would be great since it’s close to the airport and would attract tourists. We had a bug in our bed with pictures to provide. We asked for a new room and they gave us the run around about new management and said they would give us a call. They never did nor did we ever get a new room. Also we weren’t in the room most of the day and we never got our beds cleaned or made and didn’t get any tissue or towels restocked in our room. We had to go ask for towels and ask for tissue. We stayed for 3 days and nobody came to restock anything in our room. 0/1000 if I could rate it that I would! Very unprofessional and violating their health code.

Upon arrival we entered our rooms to find a bug on the first bed we then removed the covers and found loose strings of hair on the sheets and stains. Asked the front desk for a new room the lady told us she would speak with a manager and update us in the morning. No one ever reached out to us once we got back to the hotel the following day we went back to the front desk again where the same lady told us she would leave a note for a manger. Room service never came to clean our room, or restock bathroom supplies. We had to get our own fresh towels, extra toilet paper, etc. I would not recommend staying here. We never got a fresh room or any discount on our stay.

Hotel looks nice the rooms are comfortable to beds and pillows as Holiday Inns are are wonderful. Shower pressure is good room was clean the AC unit works okay we'll see when the sun sets if it still keeps the room cool. I am facing the sun currently. The breakfast is free the workout room is a little small but the pool looks great especially for kids. Everybody's real friendly and have a shuttle to the airport which is awesome.

Our stay was great! The hotel room was clean and comfortable. They also provided a FULL BUFFET breakfast with many options to choose from. The only issue we noticed is that the hotel needs some basic maintenance and repairs. The secondary door lock in our room had come loose from the wall mount and was very loose. The metal housing on the air conditioner had come loose and was just sitting unsecured on the mounted unit. Basic maintenance!

The Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport-College Park does offer shower chairs for the handicapped rooms.

No there is nothing within walking distance . There are a couple of places that deliver chinese and pizza, wings or spaghetti. And they serve a pretty good breakfast.
Yes, I took my dog here before but she is an emotional support animal. Also you GRT a key card for late night access. Most of the time there is someone at the front desk, but your room key accesses to the doors
You can purchase Extended Stay parking on their property through a third party company. They can provide you the information when you check in and it is considerably cheaper than parking at the airport itself.
Great location. Only 20 mins to downtown. Free shuttle to and from airport and nearby restaurants. Breakfast is great. Rooms are ok. Over all I'd recommend
