Not only slowest but has a wrong item rate of 75%
Everytime I go my order is wrong. Sometimes 2 or 3 times for the same issue. This time there was hair in my food and seveeal item wrong or missing. This is ridiculous. It never gets better there. I have had issues for several years. Nothing seems to improve. They have suggested I order things in a particular way. Still happens. Obviously common sense is not a requirement to work here.

I love going there, the food is great, the service might be a little slow once in a while, but then again...the place usually has only a few people there at a time. My only complaint is that they keep it so cold in there that you shiver the whole time your eating.
