Glad to see this is one of the places in Ashtabula that still takes COVID seriously. Masks are required inside and they only have socially distanced seating available with most seats blocked off. The sign-in process on the kiosk was quick and easy, and it wasn’t a long wait to get called to the window. I had to go twice, and staff was very helpful and advised me on where I could go to get proper identification since I didn’t have all the documents required. Overall the process of obtaining a new social security card was very quick and easy.

Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Tinley of the most horrible people I’ve ever dealt with in my life if you have to get Ssi I suggest you go outside of the county or move because they are horrible they do not care about people and actually having disabilities all they care about is controlling people
