How much time is needed to pre-order 6 or so 8 piece fried chicken orders. Do you recommend amount given number of people? What is the cost per order? I see a reference to a "tray". What is that? Planning a party for Sat., Aug. 3rd.

You can get larger portions. 12 pieces and more, for a family. You can just walk up and order. Best fried chicken. For a party, you need to place an order.

I honestly don't know I would just call the store and ask for the deli department that's where they sell the chicken from and they could tell you. From what I've read typically more than a 6 or 8 piece chicken like if you're getting a huge platter of chicken to feed a lot of people they're going to need a day or two notice on that.
