They surely have egg bagels (yellow hue from the yolk), but they also have a variety of whole cracked-eggs on a bagel of your choice with a selection of meats and other "toppings." Note that the eggs are NOT reconstituted powdered-eggs. I'm originally from New York (Long Island) where we consider ourselves as Bagel Connoisseurs... I really like Einstein Bagels!
