We were just at the EA location last night for dinner with friends, and when we were finished one of the managers stopped by the table to ask if everything was ok and among other things we asked him about reservations and a "call ahead" policy. His answer was that they are, as previously noted, still first come first served however it depends upon how busy they are at the time. Last night they were extremely busy and couldn't do it. But on a day when they're not jammed, they'll try to accommodate you.
From what I heard from a previous post from the owner - at this time it is first come first served, but that service might be added later.
