I can no longer have gluten & have not been there since having to give it up this year. Does anyone know if any of their dishes are gluten free?

Much of their dishes are made from Seitan which is not gluten free. They do have some gluten free options however.

Thanks! (I figured alot was seitan.) I couldn't view all pages of their menu for some reason. I just want to be prepared, as even most soy sauces contain barley malt & isn't gluten free. I have to DIY & BYO a lot of condiments bc of my health concerns.
