Why don't you have movable booths? I'm a bigger guy and needed a half booth half chair so I can move the table to fit. Well a party of 30 came in and took all the tables. So we had to wait a long time.

I'm sitting at a table , that is a bench on one side. And chair on the other side. The table is movable.

It was a last minute decision. Maybe make some of your full booths with one side moveable? Like the ones on the end rows?
