Their doughnuts are an amazing entity unto themselves. Honestly I'm not sure why they even sell coffee, all they need (all anyone really needs) is their astonishingly terrific doughnuts. So, they don't sell bagels, or muffins, or scones, because they've achieved perfection and are happy with that, as they should be. I won't judge though, buy a dozen, bring em home and slap cream cheese on em, they'll probably be the best "bagel" you ever had too.
Hot donuts are available here when the red "Hot" neon light is glowing in the shop window. Bagels are not avaliable in Krispy Kreams. As to the question of why they are unavailable, well they dont make them.
No bagels, only fresh hot donuts that melt in your mouth!!! If you want to know why no bagels just call them or drive on over there and ask .
