Positive: Location was great for my needs. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was friendly and attentive Negative: Rooms were ok at best. Staffing was short handed no make up service. Pool was down at first, chemical imbalance. Elevator broke down with someone on it.

I would never book this hotel again! Upon check in the room wasn’t properly cleaned. I received a call from the General manager asking how can I make this right? After working my midnight shift I returned and extended my stay so that my children could swim. Great right?! No! At 11:30a we requested clean towels to be told we can’t get any and it’ll be a long while to wait on fresh towels. I don’t understand how you charge 166-174 a night but there are no clean towels available. I immediately chose to check out and take my childhood home where they can properly wash the chlorine from their bodies. Never again!

I would love to give this hotel a 5 stars. But unfortunately, I had to give it 3 stars just for the great, helpful, responsive staff they have. Pros: great location, safe, awesome breakfast & nice and clean swimming pool. Cons: we told at the time of check in no that there is NO HOUSEKEEPING if you stay less than a week and we are a family of five stayed for 4 nights and imagine how’s the bathroom, carpets, beds, sheets, pillows and trash bags not being cleaned , changed or touched for all that time. The internet is so weak that was continually disconnected and you have to turn off and on your device in order to reconnect for another 5 or ten minutes. The other unexpected thing that the bathroom has ( NO EXHAUST FAN) and that another nasty cons added to our unhappy experience. But still thankful for the friendly staff. I will choose to stay again on this property ONLY IF they fix the mentioned issues.

This Holiday inn express was well managed, with professional staff and excellent service. As typical per our experiences with IHG, we were very pleased with all facets of our stay. It is exactly stays like this one that keep us coming back and keep us choosing IHG wherever we travel.
