This IHOP has gone downhill. I went in a couple months ago and had great meal and great service. However, when I order a plate with extra sausage and bacon to go, I was charged what it cost my for entire meal for three, for that one plate by itself. Ok. I learned my lesson on that one. Then I go back today with my son, just to be sat and waited for 30 mins without anyone asking if we were ready to order or if we needed anything. They sat other new people and kept ignoring us. With all due respect, when your sole job as a server is to take orders and make sure they customers get their food, this should not be an issue. I don’t know if this is poor service or poor management because they use to be sooooo much better than this. Unfortunately they will never be getting my money ever again. I am sorely disappointed because I really liked this place.

1 server was working. He provided the best service 1 man can handle. Food was made well. Sudden potent smell... like an overflown septic. Soon gross. We got to finish most of our plates before the smell reached us....stomach turned a bit (from smell) Paid & left gagging from the smell that nobody knew where it came from

Food was good. My son got pancakes and hash browns. He loved them. I got over easy eggs and grilled English muffins. They where awesome. The best part of the visit was our waitress. She was the best. I mentioned it was my son’s birthday and she brought him out a free ice cream. She said happy birthday to him a few times. She was awesome. Thank you.
