That doesn't sound right, ive been there a dozen times and dont remember seeing a drop box outside so unless they leave the door unlocked i would say go during business hours. If its labeled all you do is leave it on the counter.other wise you have to wait, normally a couple of minutes, for them to come wait on you. Also if you park in the garage down the street the first 30 mins is free and it usually take s me 15 to walk down and back.
