This is nice and convenient but was very busy only two employees working. I have never returned anything back like that before so I had to asked questions and needed help then I finally did get help I was returning jewelry one was okay but the other three pieces of jewelry took a long time to get my refund on them because I was told by Amazon that I would have to go back down there and ask them if they misplaced my items it was a big mess. It did get worked out it was just a long process so I really don't know if this is a good idea or a bad idea might have been easier just to go through the mail I don't know.

Place is nice. In and out very quickly. Very helpful staff. They fixed the foul odor problem. They've added the hours on the front door.

Their employee scanned my return items, and the next day I log into my amazon account and see that return tracking disappeared. I called customer service to find out that my return was cancelled which I NEVER did on my end. Why would I cancel my return after I returned them? in conclusion their employee scanned my items and stolen the return. 168.73 worth of items. I do highly recommend that you record them scanning your items because there's a thief inside this location stealing customers items and then cancelling the returns to keep for themselves. sad, you'd figure they get paid decent salary to not have to steal packages. Customer service was terrible and not sympathetic at all about the situation.

If you park in USquare, you can park the first 30 minutes for free. I honestly love Amazon as a service. But they do need to improve the work conditions for their employees (have friends who've worked for them)
They have kiosks there where you can print thr return label. They prefer if you box it up, but they have plenty of boxes there and provide tape if you need it.

changing the label is easy. On the Amazon site go into your return and change drop off location. Reprint label. That's all there is to it.
I believe that they only have a cardboard recycling container available in the shop, but they may take them at the counter.
This isn't a "store", it's just a pick up location for packages.

Just what it says. It's a small location, just for picking up or dropping off packages.
It should say in your order. They usually give a date range that the package is available once it is delivered to the Hub

You do not need any original packaging, just the item and a box
You can park on the street between the hotel/Target on the corner and Cane's, put you hazards on and run in. It's a loading zone, but technically you are loading. Lol It'll only take 2 minutes run in & out, so all should be fine. But like she said above the name attached name doesn't matter for pickup, all he'll need is the code. Here's a video on how it work. There is paid parking on the street. But there is a garage a few hundred yards down McMillan you can use. Anything under 30 minutes is free.
You won't need a box. When you arrive you'll go to the kiosk and process a return ticket/shipping label or you can print before going in store. Once you have the shipping label you will give your product and the label to one of the Amazon team members and they'll handle the rest. You should receive a follow-up email from Amazon confirming the return shortly after. Hope this helps!

There is a parking garage but it's about two blocks down. It would be smarter to park at a meter however if you have someone drive you there is a loading zone right in front of the little Courtyard where someone can put on their blinkers run in and run out

For the most part yes. The items must be eligible for return at the store and must have one of two specific types of labels. 3rd party returns cannot be taken there.
