How can 8 cars go thru the drive thru before one person inside is served? I drive a loud truck and to be courteous I come inside and wait 2-3x as long.

I was told once that they have a specific amount of time that they have to get the drive thru orders out because of the line issue. In order to keep the flow going smoothly and timely they have a short window of time to get those orders out!!!

I agree, too long inside. Priority is drive-thru which is wrong.
