The most pleasant staff I have ever encountered. Lynn in the drive-thru was an absolute delight and added cute little pictures to my cookie bag and coffee cup. It was an even better pick me up than the coffee that I desperately needed.

I’ve never been to this location and I’m not one to complain but when someone is rude for no reason, it warrants a complaint. I ordered an iced grande caramel macchiato with extra caramel , when i got to the window, it was a hot caramel macchiato and I simply said “i ordered an iced caramel macchiato.” They make my drink and I’m assuming it was manager, she came to the window not aggressively but definitely with attitude, and rudely asked what i ordered and she said “oh well it was not rung up like that, it’s $5.25” and tried charging me again and i said “i paid already” and she responded “oh hm okay. Have a nice day.” But her comments were snarky and she just was rude from the get-go. And now I’m with a HORRIBLE iced grande caramel macchiato with NO extra caramel.

This location is not the closest Starbucks to me but I drove here because my Starbucks is always randomly closed (when it should normally be open). I’m so glad I drove to this one. Fast service and the nicest employees I’ve ever met at a Starbucks!⭐️ Im tempted to drive to this one instead of the one closest to me just because I loved this location so much!
