If you are going long term you will have to get on the list and it's going to be a while. Short term call in advance.. If your home looks in good shape you should be okay.
The answer is yes if you plan to stay long term. 2007 or newer and longer than 28 feet. If you are staying short term the restrictions don't apply. Some people are grandfathered in with older rigs.
