I didn't repair with them just because I was getting a good deal on phone replacement. However, the technician was super knowledgable and transparent. They clearly mentioned the cost to repair my phone, what would be replaced and the time it would take. Would definitely go there in future.

This business provides great customer service. They were friendly and kind. They were most helpful. And they are easy to find in downtown Redmond. I had a small issue with my phone that I did not know the answer to. I stopped, I was assisted immediately by two very helpful men. They got me "in and out" within 15-minutes...and they didn't want to charge me for their time and service. However, when you need something from someone with the expertise you don't have, one should not expect for them to work for free. The customer service was A-plus. Check them out when you have need of their services.

Excellent service. I had a cracked screen replaced on a 2-year-old phone, and it was like receiving a brand new phone when I got it back. Staff is incredibly helpful and polite and I'm very surprised they can get these repairs done as quickly as they do. I had a technical issue with the screen when I first got it, they cleared it up in a very timely manner. They went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend, and I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.
