Why isnt this walmart consisntent? For security reasons? My receipt was checked when all my items were bagged, but another customer says she isnt checked if her items are bagged. So how do you decide on who gets checked and why?

I personally think it's just a matter of whether a particular employee actually wants to do their job or not. I know that when I worked in retail, there were some employees who always did what they were supposed to, and then there were others who lazily skipped certain aspects if they knew they could get away with it.
