Because if and when they do answer which is unlikely..is because Wal-Mart doesn't train their associates properly. Chances of them knowing the answer to your question(s) is slim to none. They just more then likely pass you on to someone else that has no idea. I literally left a bulk of pull ups that where $18 something and made error on my transaction in which I was short over 27 dollars. So I called immediate after discovering what my loss was. No one answer the phone at all. For the rest of the evening which was about 3 hours before closing. I didn't have transportation to just run back and fix my problem. So the next morning same thing,, I called and called till someone actually answered however only after the 15th time I called no exaggeration.
To keep costs down and to serve the customers in the in a timely manner they don't always get to the phone's, if you are at the customer service counter and the associate that is helping you says excuse me for a minute to answer the phone people tend to get frustrated
This Walmart is very busy because of where it is located
