The general manager at this location was being very rude to the employees, almost like emotionally harassing them, one of the coworkers was crying. She also yelled at me as a customer when I asked what was wrong. Personally I wouldn't let that slide, but that's just me. Higherups shouldn't be yelling at their employee, they should be respecting them even when time are tough.

Every time I order from this place the simplest tasks are not done can even fill a kids fry right, or remember honey mustards for my 5 year old chicken nuggets, you order to go for convenience but it only seems like it’s a burden for them they need to hire people who can read and not pick up the phone say hello then hang up atrocious

I had a terrible experience today. I went in to get my free medium french fries that was on the McDonald's app. And I also ordered two Filet-O-Fish for $6. I left the store only to find out they never gave me the medium fries. I went back in and explained to the young girl at the counter that they never gave me the french fries. She said to me you weren't charged for them. I said, what does that mean? I was supposed to receive them as the deal of the day on the McDonald's app. She gave me an attitude and then went to her Superior and they were questioning whether they should give me the fries or not. I then said to them just give me my money back. Which they did. I will never ever go back. And I encourage everyone to stay away from this McDonald's on Main Street in Worcester. The help is subpar at best

Worst McDonald’s You Can Ever Go To. I Ordered A Simple Hamburger For My Child With Only Ketchup And Extra Onion, I Guess Extra To Them Means Extra Extra Cause My Poor Child Had A Mountain Or Onions On Her Burger And Lets Not Forget They Added Cheese To A Hamburger!!! I Asked Them To Fix It And They Are All Childish And Petty!! They Seriously Gave Me Different Ingredients This Time. Clearly Reading And Comprehending Isn’t One Of Their Many Skills! Pathetic
