This location is the worst DQ in existence. They’re so disorganized I don’t know how they can manage to get the correct food/ ice cream to people because there’s just food everywhere and they handle ice cream cones with bare hands right infront of customers. Gross. They’re rude and unprofessional. And the blizzards I got last night were the worst ice creams I’ve ever had. It seemed like they added water to it because it tasted horrible and was instant liquid after they handed it to me. Will not be back to this location. They need a complete new staff and better quality of food. This is UNACCEPTABLE

Friendly service very clean establishment. The burger was actually better than expected. The fries were average. DQ can go toe to toe with the big boys in the burger game.

This place is so ass… customer service was horrendous… the girl at the register couldnt even speak up… they gave me no fries and no bread… and there is a missing strip. Dont go to this DQ. Its ran by children.

It was just bad timing. They were behind in pushing orders out and we waited at least 10 minutes for our order to be taken . I agree, I live just down the street from that location. I wanted one yesterday. But what they brought back was Orange Julius like. But an Orange Julius it was not. 🤔
That's the Massachusetts way for everything excrutiating pain in the wait. No matter the store. They are quicker than Cumberland farms however
They only have chocolate and vanilla I've cream, but they have blizzards that are all different flavors, ex. Butterfinger, Oreo, m&m, strawberry cheesecake (my fav) and many more. I used to live in Spencer and I ate there all the time. I am so excited that there is finally one close to me
