Although, this seems to be an attempt of humor (hopefully) it did hit upon a little truth in regards to this particular store's food quality & customer service compared to other McDonald's. Despite the current often rude & lazy shift managers the young counter workers as well back of the house employees try their best to at least make one's visit tolerable at best. The owner of this store would be better off with an entire management change which would most definitely improve all deficient areas.
