Horrible service the lady at the entrance didn't even understand my initial question went inside to ask and when she came back with an answer that didn't make any sense to my question got annoyed saying I didn't explained what I wanted to …This listing is for a kiosk, not a DMV office. Thank you!

Unfortunately you can't. It's only for registration renewals and PNOs.
