A lot of the trails are very soggy after rain. Some have boardwalk portions, but you will definitely get your shoes muddy on most of the trails.
There are areas that are all sand trails and your feet will stay dry. The far end off the lot up in the pines on the left. There is a lot of pine needles to cover some of the trails also. At mallard lake area
