I agree with Toni. I had wonderful service. Still there is no excuse for bad customer service.
We had a very good experience at the Red Roof Inn and I'm sorry you had such a rude person answer the phone. Room was great and clean and we had a very friendly receptionist and she was very polite and helpful
Sorry to hear that Toni. You must have just got someone on a bad day but no excuse anyways. My experience has always been good with front desk and the rooms..give them a try worth it!
