How small are the seats? And do the arm rest go up?

Just regular seats newer type don't have arm rest that raise , some of the older ones did

arm rest do not go up..the seats are very close except on the sides

Average seats, but I don't remember arm rests going up. I'm a big person, but wasn't uncomfortable.
