I always have a wonderful experience at Pauls. I recommend it to all my friends who visit. Maybe someone was having a bad day. I would give it another chance.
I have been visiting Paul's for about 15 years now. You need to get to know them and their ways before judging them. I value everyone's opinions because they are their own which makes them valid. I am certain some of us have been to restaurants that focus on customer satisfaction vs the quality of food. I have never had to send my food back or not enjoyed every bite. I'd rather they give the Amazing quality food they give. However, I am one of those lucky ones who has taken the time to engage in conversation, get to know them, and think the world of them all. It's why I go back each time.

We have been going there for around 10 years. You just need to get to know them. I love their food and always send people to them. My daughter loves going there on Saturday and getting the father Nick's salad. If you have not tried it you should.
Glad you all had a great experience. But this is google review, and I have no reason to lie. She didn't smile at all, was rude when I asked a very common question, I tried to ask more but was ignored. But yes true people do have bad days.
