Has anybody else noticed in the last couple of months that the resealable bags the deli dept uses are just about impossible to open without tearing? Dont see why they cant use ones with sliding tabs.

The kind of deli bags have been around for a long time. The slider bags are much more recent and considerably more costly. Sometimes a run of an item like the bags are not as durable.

It's a cost cutter... Those bags are cheaper to acquire and they can justify buying a lot...
