To my knowledge there is no age limit on anything in the shop. You can buy a candle for many reasons just as you can oils, herbs, incense and any other item, what you do with it when you go home is your business. No one has to know it's for spell work or rituals. Blessed Be!
I don't know for sure, but I don't believe anything in the store is age-restricted. Perhaps essential oils or sacrificial knives, but you'd have you inquire about those items. Raven and Crone is a great place to acquire supplies as well as learn about Wiccan beliefs and practices!
