Why does their service take forever? From being acknowledged, ordering and receiving said order, their service is sloppy. Why do the employees treat every customer like the staff is bothered by their mere presence?

I took notice of the same quality of service. And here I was just thinking they were having a bad day

Never had a problem, it's not that serious your in and out with fresh tacos. Your not at J. Alexander!

For my group, a taco seemed a nice meal from downtown. Especially from an place with such esteemed reviews. Did not stay for tacos, and probably won't be back.
