I've been going for years, I've never had a bad experience...i hate that happened to you...didn't know they didn't use gloves 😮call the state/city when you see something like that
I went today and both young ladies were horrible. Had the audacity to tell me that I shouldn’t have worn a mask if I wanted her to hear my order. I asked for a refund because my order was wrong, and they both said I couldn’t have one. Instead they made my order again and it still was wrong. The are very ghetto.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that. I have not experienced bad service from the ladies at Capital Coney Island. Tony, have you tried going inside to order?... This may give you a better perspective of the shifts workflow, possible staffing issues and employees body language (not just a voice via a box!) The staff is great at remembering customers! No, its not okay that you feel this way, however, maybe something traumatic has happened.
Please be careful when you go there! I was there this mn between 7&8am and I when inside. The food is good, the guy's didn't have on any plastic gloves, so that once again change my mind about buying ! I did get some coffee.
They are ALWAYS rude especially the night time lady with the short hair. Ahhh definitely a burn out job I get it but positive bring positive. The ladies should try that approach. Food ain't even all that to be honest so I skip it all together.
