Personally haven't used the shuttle service but I have seen it there quite a few times. Sorry if that doesn't help much.
We loved their shuttle, drivers are great, give you the cellphone number, not sure of the hours but believe they do a 2-3 mile radius
We drove ourselves to DTE but they do have a shuttle bus parked out front. How reliable I can't say.
