Hey Jason! We run part time kickboxing/combative programs geared primarily for the conditioning of fighting as opposed to fight specific technique. These programs are currently seasonal. So you’ll learn how to punch and kick but it’s not a program that would teach you specifically what to do in the ring. We focus primarily on the strength and conditioning elements of fighting.
