I 10/10 would recommend checking out the downtown YMCA It's a great gym, with every peice of equipment you might need. It has a friendly, approachable, neighborhood vibe - always clean, the staff is friendly, and the people who go are diverse in all the ways! Oh, and on-street parking is free before 8am!

Great place to go and workout, very clean and a friendly staff!

Nice place. Carpeted locker rooms. Sauna and steam rooms are located in the locker rooms and are segregated by gender. Individual showers. Great lap pool. This is a very nice facility. Also they have various coffees in a sitting area. And they have towel service.

Yes, they are free daily, bring your own lock. If you want to leave items in there, you may rent one as well.
No. This facility does not but Carl H. Linder YMCA does after school care, SCPA, Valley YMCA and Duck Creek YMCA
Hi, I'm an employee there. You can come your first time for free w/your ID. It costs $25 per visit after that.
They participate in the "Nationwide Membership" program of the YMCA so there is no fee if you are a member at another Y that also participates.
Not sure what your asking I'm not taking any applications if you're trying to get membership or employment you'll have to contact them directly.
You will have to call every situation is different because they are a non-profit.
Yes, for silver sneakers
It's a standard lap pool. I'm not a swimmer so I don't if that means 50 or 100 meters.
Some Ys have a kids care room when you are working out, I don't think at Central parkway but ME Lyons does. You'll have to make a couple of calls
?price goes by income
I have not seen many kids there, under age of say 15. Unless they are waiting on parents or throwing a basketball. Place is really adult oriented working professional type place. Not gamble nippert YMCA place.
Do you mean free parking? NO. You can park for free on the street on Sunday before 2pm. But the parking lot is pay by hour. And I don't know of any non metered spaces.
