I bought hair clippers. On the 1st pass, the blade broke & dang near scalped my son. 5" long cut to scalp. I've been told I cannot return them because "I used them". What can I do please.

If you have receipt & box and you have not passed the exp date to return item.. they probably will refund you. Or at least give you store credit
