Is there an elevator from top floor parking down to 1st floor? I'm disabled. Hence the question.
There's an elevator that goes down.
Lots of parking Ng nearby. You can even park on top of the building that it's in.
We parked on the street, on 13th on the hill. It was Sunday and as far as I know they don't check the meters on Sunday either.
