I know they give weekly rates but I don't know about monthly rates be a better off calling cuz they probably won't answer you on this...
No more monthy rates...the best deal u can get is to pay for 3 days at a time an just keep renewing it every 3 days. An yes after 28days straight you do have to leave for 24hours. And no they don't do weekly rates anymore either.

Idk if they'll answer here but I know they offer weekly rates and you must at least leave the property for I think a full 24 or 48 hrs every 28 days or something close to that
