My ex-husband had died & we were trying to find a mechanic to take a look at his car to find out why the alarm was going on/off. This was the 2nd place we had been advised to go. My daughter talked briefly with a staff technician- He came out, went over a few ideas as to what could be going on and then had her pop the top. He tried to help, but said that we'd be better off taking it to a nearby Honda dealership. We explained that we weren't from the area, he looked up the address and gave excellent directions. He got nothing out of this, but was so helpful that if I ever needed his services/if I hear of anyone needing them, I'm going to HIGHLY RECOMMEND they take their vehicles to his shop! He was the best thing for our entire day.

Before getting deep into this. If I receive the money that George from bumper to bumper stole from me I will take this down. If I don’t receive my money back it will stay up. He can also prove payment if he sends via venmo on here to prove he did right by me if I don’t take this down. Before seeing all the fake 5 star reviews they write themselves, please look at the negative reviews first as those are the real ones. For me, what a nightmare. I don’t think I’ve ever been robbed before by a company as bad as I did from George from bumper to bumper. So a couple weeks before Christmas I ordered a part for my truck I needed installed before Christmas. We agreed he would have it and put it on within a week. 2 weeks later nothing. I called he said it’ll be avail the following week. Long story short, after a month and multiple calls i called and said hey can I have my money back please? (Because I pre paid for it in full) George replied no it’s been over a month sorry. They didn’t even order the part until my third time calling them. I’ve been in multiple times to get my money back and it’s always (the owner isn’t in we can’t give you your money back). This is going on 2 months. I finally went back today demanded my money back I wouldn’t leave made a scene and they said they’ll give me my money back minus 25%. So 2 months of getting ignored back and fourth taking time off of work to hear there and back all the lose 25% because they forgot about me because I paid for the part in full.
