The employees also have no ability to employ common sense. I can go in looking respectable but to use the rest room it's money up front. Funny that today for the second time (thought it wouldn't happen again) I had to buy a cookie. Told them to give it to the person behind me. Though I had cash used my credit card. Let them pay a fee and shave that profit margin. My point is that it's tacky and the employees should be able to make the call. The policy doesn't prevent much since the homeless person can bum a dollar from me get in the bathroom and bathe in the sink anyway. Stupid policy with no governance beyond anyone that pays can use facilities. I would respect it if employees could use common sense. We can't discriminate but let them say "I will buzz you in" without the money up front attitude like the the common area crack dealer which there are plenty around here.
