Every time I go to this Wendy's there's always some sort of issue .A few weeks ago after waiting in line at the drive-thru for over 20 minutes when I finally made it to make my order they break it to me that they were out of nuggets for the night which I was planning to get a couple of nugget Happy meals BUT couldn't do that.. but that's fine I let it go tried getting something different but then I went to order a couple of chocolate frosties and guess what? yep, they were out of chocolate frosties as well! needless to say ,i cancelled my order & drove off. Then couple days after that I decided to give it a try again.. same thing was in line for a good 15 to 20 minutes AGAIN only to make it to place my order & once again found out that there was no chili or chicken for the salads soooo yep, drove off again. Couple nights after that I decided to try them again I should have known better ,this time after waiting in line again guess?!?! what no frosties AGAIN. So now months have gone by and I thought let's try their breakfast BAD IDEA this time there was no waiting in line at the drive-thru it was fairly quick maybe because it was not even 8:00 a.m. but anyways I ordered one of the honey chicken biscuits and guess what?!? No biscuits,THEY WERE OUT OF BISCUITS and they had practically just opened!!! LOL LOL I thought it was a joke but no there really were no biscuits LOL SMH with all that being said I have not gone back since and not to mention all the young kids that are too busy fooling around and laughing and doing whatever while people are impatiently waiting outside in that drive-thru line only to be told they're CONSTANTLY out of certain items SMH that restaurant either needs New Management or I don't even know whoever makes inventory needs to pay a little bit more attention because a restaurant should not be constantly running out of so many items especially one that is supposed to be open till 4:00 a.m. how is it 7:00 at night and you're already out of things it's a damn shame

I literally can not get a receipt from Wendy's! Why is this so difficult? You are a place of business. Not one of your employees can print me out a receipt? Is this a joke!? I can't understand, am I really the first person to ask for a receipt today? This really is ridiculous. I'm being told I need to park and that my receipt will be out in 30 minutes. Yes, 30 minutes! Wow!!! Form your own opinion people....but there are a multitude of derogatory statements I could make...but I won't. But I'm pretty sure we're all thinking the same thing here about this idiotic situation..... sad..... really sad....

Several issues, never resolved. I've tried to get resolution without getting angry but now I'm forced to leave a review. Most recent issue was a spicy jalapeno sandwich WITHOUT jalapenos. Same day the fries were not even lukewarm, just cold! Hot and fresh GUARANTEE with those fries .. Yeah, okay. And over salted, I'm a fan of salt but it literally made my lips prune up for about an hour from the amount of salt, after only 3 fries. Didn't get receipt. Tried to call them more than 5x just to simply make them aware of the issue, and no one answered. I called 2x the next day. Emailed customer service and they said a manger would contact me. Week later, no response. Contacted customer service again and they sent a new case. Was promised coupons from another manager for the issue and it took about 2 weeks and the coupons don't even match my purchase. Simple issue but lack of response and the fact it was a "Guarantee" fries would be hot and fresh is unacceptable. Let's also not forget about the issue with the chicken sandwich.
