This place is a joke. There is no type of supervision when it is clearly needed. I've made a complaint before because I seen an employee take money from customer and then handled ready to eat food with his bare hands then went to answer phone. I'm a chef and I want to take the easy way for dinner but never again.
I would like to think that a) the responsibility for how the "store" is run has a long line of supervisors, managers, owners that set the bar and lead by example. b) these are young people,(kids) and they get all the complaints. First jobs and they need to be trained. Overall, my experience has been okay.
Haha..have gone there at both drive tbru and in store..no pizzas ready..ive pointed out the words Hot n Ready should be taken off if they wont make any for quick pick up. They shrug and say oh well. Stupid me, i just went through the drive thru friday night and asked how long it would take for a new cheesey crust pizza and they said some were cooking and itd be 5 minutes..sounded great..placed order and waited out front..for exactly 32 minutes! Thats it for me, im all set with that place.

Well i never had a problem with them i go thru the drive thru all the time and yes sometimes i have waited like 10 min but it was at a very busy time otherwise i never have a problem
