I have not been impressed. The only draw seems to be the quirky don't names & shapes, not the donut quality. I prefer my donuts from a shop at the corner of Barger & Echo Hollow - Lee's Donuts
I've gone in the morning and the evening, and never had a problem. The homeless in Portland are bad. They hit you up as you walk in the door.
They have been rude to me ... I will never go back to purchase anything from them ... Just for how badly they treated me .. and they don't Care ... Bagel shop is very nice to me and has fresher products ... Kinder people ...
Customer service: the young cashier didn't welcome us, ignored us until we asked her 3 questions (only got an answer for 1). There was some dude there (assuming boyfriend by interaction) that was leaving as we came in. She didn't even say thank you or have a nice day nothing as we left... she seemed put out that she was serving us and not chillin with the dude. The donuts: Dry and tasted like yesterdays. Filling was inconsistent throughout all filled donuts, toppings were soft (fruit loops shouldnt be soggy and almost squishy). Honestly one of the crappiest, lacking in flavor and texture donuts Ive ever had... with all the hype I must be missing something right?
So sorry for your last experience...that has never happened to us and we are frequent flyers there.
