Definitely, they took out of state ID for recreational, too.
Yes
Does the word duh come to mind
Once again, the answer is exactly what Road Work said! However, just learned as i head to the Bowie exhibit in Brooklyn NY, that although I'm bringing my Recommendation, it means nothing in another State. Cannot go to a Dispensary in NY with it! Hope that changes, ones medical needs should be valid wherever you are! Edited: now I saw Jack's post about "recreational" purchase in another State, oooohhh, aaaahhhh, must research! 😁
Anyone 21 or older can buy in CA. Harborside accept cards but sells to all.
Yes. As long as you are over 21 and have a valid ID, you can purchase. Having a recommendation is no longer necessary. However, if you do have medical issues, having a recommendation can be a good thing. Dispensaries do not have to charge you fir the extra tax, and you are allowed to purchase more cannabis in a day. You are legally allowed to carry more, to have more in storage, and you can grow more plants. Cannabis and recreational taxes can get expensive when you are using the cannabis on a daily basis for a medical condition, and it is nice to save some when going to a dispensary is necessary.
Yes, but it's a higher price.
Yes, it's legal now...
