Don't screw the battery to the cartridge too tightly.
If the problem is the cartridge, they will certainly replace it. Some older cartridge designs are far more prone to failure and not all battery and cartridges are compatible. I have had the best success with select brand batteries they seem to outpute the proper voltage for all the cartridge brands. I would also suggest you have two batteries.
Lots of vapes are duds. Return it
Most come pre charged. Does if have a bottom? If so, hold it while you hit it. If it doesn't have a button, go ahead and charge but it could possibly be a defective cartridge, which does happen from time to time. They will replace, if that's the case.
U need to charge the battery first. If that doesn't work call harborside. I don't remember how long it took for the initial charge on mine . maybe a could of hrs. Good luck. The MAC
If the light isn't on, then its not charged. I'd take it back if it won't work. I've had defective vapes before.
If it has a button press it when you draw on the pen. Be careful not to overcharge the small battery.
