My husband is going to check it out right now. He is walking there. Yes cub is open from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday through Sunday and yes it is safe walking to there.

Yes, Cub is open. I think it's safe to walk there. Pretty sure most of the other businesses are boarded up though.
