There is no cost and it's safer to park and sleep than it is to drive tired.
No there's no cost and a lot of people do it including myself once. I believe that they may have a sign stating that sleeping overnight is not allowed, but like I said a lot of people do it. Just be very careful.
You are not supposed to sleep there. The parking is free. They would rather you nap for a little while vs cause an accident. Not sure how harsh the punishment would be if they caught you. Beware they have found missing Michigan people dead in Ohio recently I have read. Be careful a motel is safer.
