There certainly are cabins! We stayed in a preferred cabin from july 7 through july 11th 2020. $120 bucks a night. It was a beautiful cabin! 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Sleeps 6 with 1 queen bed, 1 full and a set of bunk beds. Honestly could sleep another on the couch. Big screened in porch, open deck with picnic table, kitchen with full sized fridge, stove, cooking utensils etc... state park type charcoal grill outside. Cabin was very clean, tile floors, linens provided. Nice little hike for a view of the lake, or a short drive to the beach. And a short drive to Blackhand Gorge where we kayaked the licking river. Overall fantastic experience from the cabin to the kayaking! Will definitely return some day! ( State park website isn't very informative right now. It says it is temporary and will improve, but you can make reservations on the website). I should add that the cabin has heat and a/c. The preferred cabins are a bit less expensive, not sure that the interior would be as nice??
There are 29 cabins there. https://ohiodnr.gov/wps/portal/gov/odnr-core/divisions/parks-wc/contact/Parks-Dillon
Dillion is a campground. No càbins. I have not seen cabins open at any campground this summer anyway.
