Greg, Our After Care Specialist team works with individuals throughout their treatment here at Ridgeview. While here, they make sure you have resources and tools to continue your care prior to being discharged, such as setting you up with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and therapists. If you're not wanting to return to your previous environment after starting treatment, they'll work with you on relocating to either a sober living house or partial hospitalization program. They have plenty of resources and tools to help patients prior to being discharged for your relapse prevention.
