I’m writing this 5 star review because Officer RUBY BROWN made such an extra effort in helping me I’ll never forget it. Ms. Ruby Brown matched the team’s professionalism and kindness but went far enough beyond that quality benchmark in attempt to locate and secure something very valuable! It’s said that people forget most every thing said but never how they make you feel. You made that difference Ma’am and I won’t forget it. I could hear genuine joy from her as we discussed her success arrangements to secure my property.

Let's just start off with Jackie in check in. She was rude and impatient with patients. My mom was called back for a covid test at 6:20am and she stated it wouldn't take but about 15-20mins. I noticed patients were going back and coming out within that time frame after my mom. I approached the counter to ask Jackie what was going on in the back with my mom. She breathed heavily and stated I'm not sure some patients take longer than others. I said could you call back there to check on her. She picks up the phone and ask the nurse, she said so you will call her family back when she's done. Then she hung up. No status update said to me or anything. At 6:54am I went back up to the desk to see if she had a update, she stated no. I asked her was she having a bad day and she said, no I'm trying to get people checked in with a attitude rolling her eyes. At 7:25am we were called to the back and my mom had already been put in the room and given her bedside meds. That was not protocol. I'm not for sure what's wrong with the nurse Dana and Jackie but very unprofessional. This was our first time there and will never return. If you can't deal with people then the medical field isn't for you. I have left a message with the CEO and still haven't heard from her. Patients are already not feeling well when they check in. Treat patients and families how you want to be treated. God bless y'all.

Questions & Answers

How long would an individual who coded have been left alone had a family member not been by their side and run into the hallway screaming after pushing the call button and no response? This was after a normal gall bladder procedure.

It's an orthopaedic hospital, they don't do gall bladder procedures. However as a previous patient myself who underwent a hip replacement, the nurses would respond to my call in less than a minute.
