They had an icecream stand and a kona ice (snow cones) truck when i was there

Yes there's food and drinks at the Rose. But it's your best bet to walk across the parking lot before the show and eat at TJ Chumps. A bottle of water is $3 as others have said. A bottle of pop is $4 and beer is $8.
There is foid there. For a venue like this $3 for water is cheap modt arenas are 4 to 5 dollars. They serve food and liquor that is made in dayton srea. Was very good.
